Maintaining, organization and execution of assigned section
Ability to execute service consistently and efficiently as directed
Demonstrates knowledge of their sections and responsibilities
Excellent personal hygiene
Excellent work ethic and cleanliness
Demonstrate a high level of professionalism and confidence in the kitchen
Demonstrate a high level of professionalism when representing the restaurant on- or off-site
Contribute to efficient and consistent execution at the highest quality
Ensure the line is ready on time for guest service
Respectful and clear communication to all members of staff is a must
Maintenance and adherence to the organizational standards as delineated by kitchen policy and procedures
